Multiple interview phases in the process. First part is a virtual interview. Looking for experienced even though it may say entry level, they want at least someone who has managed multiple direct reports already and in a sales environment.

I applied online and was contacted about a week or 2 later for a video interview. I was told about the company and position and then asked some basic interview questions. They wanted specific situations that you actually had and how you handled them. Difficult customer, how do you organize and get a lot done etc. I gave, what I thought were great answers. Apparently not. I got the dreaded email today starting they would not be moving forward with me. No clue what they are actually looking for.
