Process is too long for entry level positions and expectations are unrealistic for recent college graduates with little experience with interviews. Once hired interview get much harder and upper management are more concerned with the process than actually what the employees have to offer.

Shadow before meeting with managers and in person interview where you will be asked about a range of topics regarding customer service and prior experience to get hired
They sent two different links for my interview. The interviewer was kinda pompous and acted like she didn't want to be there. She also asked personal questions about my current job runs commission which felt unprofessional.

They got an excellent corporate structure and they know it. They’re looking for people with their head on straight because they give you the tools to be your own boss.
