Entretien
Multiple interviews; 1st interview is virtual, this is where you’ll get an overview of the position. Next you’ll interview at a local branch with the area and branch manager (focusing on sales, problem solving, and dealing with difficult customers).They’ll have you spend the first 30 minutes meeting the staff and watching the operation; then the managers will take you to the office for the interview. Lastly you’ll interview with HR at the corporate office. This is where they’ll try and determine if you’re there for the long haul and you can see yourself moving through their career paths.

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
