Very quick response to application, 2 face-to-face interviews, a meet-and-greet with my potential boss, and started the job 1 week later after background check, onboarding, etc. They always need people as the turnover is very quick (I left after 2 months)

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
