Quick and easy just like a conversation. Asked who I was and asked what activities i liked outside of work. They were very welcoming and relaxing compared to think what I thought it what was going to happen.

Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Entretien
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
