Entretien
The interview process consists of a tour where you get to see if you work well with other employees followed by an interview. The interview itself was a bit tricky since it seems as though they really like people who have over come hardship.

What is the greatest challenge you faced and how did you overcome it?
The first and last were deceivingly casual and the guy running the interview was very flippant. Felt like everything went well and then got ghosted. They ask typical interview questions (Strengths/weakness) etc.

Easy. Basic questions. Learn about the company. Understand its background and history. Go in knowing that and knowing the basic interview questions. I interviewed with 2 people at an airport. The showed me around where I’d work and who I’d with. Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed like good people.
