J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility en févr. 2010
Entretien
I first met their representatives at my university career fair and scheduled an on-site interview with them that day. First interview consisted of a brief video about the company and the corporate culture, career opportunities, etc. Then I was interviewed by a regional manager for about 30 min. After it was over, we set up the "3rd" interview (I guess the career fair counted as the 1st) for a few days later. This interview also consisted of a branch visit. On the visit you go over basic job functions, their matrix, the importance of customer service, etc. They really stress the upgrades on sales and customer service. From there, I went to the actual interview which was again about 30 min. For the last interview, be sure to know as much of the information covered from the branch visit as possible.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.
