Fairly simple three step process. They first evaluate you with an online assessment, then you meet with a branch manager and assistant, then finally an area manager. Fairly normal questions ask, the usual, “do you recall a time where you had to overcome adversity? What was the problem and how did you come out of it?

Good interview the lady was very nice and asked some basic questions first and once we connected and talked more she began testing my mind a little bit more. overall a great experience.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
