There are three interviews. Phone, in person and then area manager. There is not much preparation to do but be quick on your toes. They are friendly enough before you began to work for the company.

They sent two different links for my interview. The interviewer was kinda pompous and acted like she didn't want to be there. She also asked personal questions about my current job runs commission which felt unprofessional.

They got an excellent corporate structure and they know it. They’re looking for people with their head on straight because they give you the tools to be your own boss.
