J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility en oct. 2010
Entretien
I received an e-mail after posting my resume on career builder for a management trainee position with a link to the online application. After filling out the application I talked with a recruiter who scheduled a 15 minute phone interview. During this they ask you what you know about Enterprise, why you want to work there, if you have ever dealt with an upset customer and what you did/the outcome, an example of a time when you've had tel sell something and how you did it. At the end of the phone interview they scheduled me for a face to face interview.

Question 1
Have you ever dealt with an upset customer and what did you do?
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
