The first call was just a "getting to know you" call in which they asked about my previous experience. The second call was more of testing your sales skills to see how good you'd be at the job. After the phone interviews you are sent an assessment and a fake call simulator to test your skills in handling different objectives. Once you finish these three steps, if they are interested in you, they will call you back and schedule a job offer.

Multiple conflicting messages from automated application system. Had an interview and was promised a call from local management. Never called. Three weeks later I got another request to interview with them for the same position in the same location.

fast, detailed very easy just be yourself excited but also very nervous for those one-on-one interview rounds. The mixed feelings can be overwhelming it was a turning point experience! It has changed the way I look at interviews.
