J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Newburgh, NY) en juin 2010
Entretien
I received an e-mail from the regional recruiter not an hour after I submitted my online resume and application. A few days later we had a phone interview which lasted less than 20 minutes. At the end of that we scheduled a 1:1 interview for a few days later. That interview lasted roughly 45 minutes at a corporate office and went well. The questions consisted of normal interview types: describe leadership, stress, motivation, etc. I though it went well and she said that the regional manager should get back to me for another interview within the week. I wasn't even out of the parking lot when I got the call and we scheduled another interview at a store location for the next day. When I got there I was told to wait and observe for 20 minutes. I interviewed with both the regional and store manager and they asked the same questions as the recruiter. I felt confident about the interview but a few days later I received an e-mail thanking me for my interest.

Question 1
Tell me a time where you went against your manager.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
