I applied because it's a work at home and doing the same thing I am doing now. Did a very long application including a simulation where I was a call center rep. After that was completed got an email from a recruiter telling me that I had to do an assessment to check my computer and it's capabilities. Got an email back a few days later to set up a phone interview. Spoke to first girl who sounded as though she was reading verbatim from a sheet in front of her about the job (no room for advancement, benefits etc.) And then asked a few behavioral questions. Was told the next step would be another interview. Declined as I was already employees and in the long run I want a position that I can grow in.

I put my application in the same day recieved a call to do the skills test next day receive a call to set up a interview and was passed on to the next interview and then background check
