Was called in for an interview 4 or 5 months AFTER I applied. Went in and they liked me and hired me on the spot. They asked me questions about my previous work experience as well as school and life in general.

First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.

very easy and straight forward. Mainly asks you about your driving record and previous work experience with customers and a high pace environment. Also, they make sure you are ok with driving all sized vehicles.
It was was very quick. I workerd there previously so they already knew that I was pretty much a good worker. It took pretty much a week for me to start
