Sales focused pushy all about timings and extra shifts, sounded very much like pyramid scheme with lots of hr calls at all times. Competitive environment and promised progress with little evidence

Phone chat, then proper interview video call. One person doing it. Seemed like they hated their life. Really blunt throughout the interview, didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Really weird experience
