J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility en mars 2010

Had an an initial phone interview asking basic questions, then the interview with the recruiter which asked many of the same questions. Second interview with Branch Manager and Area manager which was longer and much more difficult. Didn't really get a sense of what they felt after the interview, however, three days interview I was called and offered a position and accepted.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
