Got an email to have a phone intervie whte next day. Never called me. I emailed the recruiter back asking why they hadn't called, said they were sick & called me the next day. Call consisted of going over my application. Invited for second phone interview to be taken tomorrow.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
