Phone interview since COVID was restricting an in person interview. It was conducted over Microsoft teams with a recruiter. It was a basic interview process after submitting my application. I believe the company is great and has plenty of great qualities

They sent two different links for my interview. The interviewer was kinda pompous and acted like she didn't want to be there. She also asked personal questions about my current job runs commission which felt unprofessional.

They got an excellent corporate structure and they know it. They’re looking for people with their head on straight because they give you the tools to be your own boss.
