3 interviews, 1st with recruiter, 2nd with area manager, 3rd with regional manager. 2nd interview included 2 hours of watching the branch run.

why do you want to work here? what is a difficult situation you had that you overcame but it can't belated to school, work, or sports?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
