Submitted an Online application in November 2012, I received no contact until March for phone interview followed by a branch visit a month after, I then was invited to an assessment in July. A very long dragged out process.

Short and the interviewer was reading questions off of a sheet. The interview was very short and easy. All of the questions were very basic interview questions. It is a three-round interview process.

The first interview was over zoom and a bit thorough for an internship. The second interview was about an hour in person at one of the branches and seemed to require a lot of experience, again just for an internship position.

Very interactive with the Area manager or Branch Manager asking first personal and situational questions. They won't judge you on your work experience and believe anyone can help their company
