Interview consisted of many sales situation questions. What would you do in this situation and how would you respond? Interviewee was very nice but wants to see a sense of urgency to sell in the tone of your voice. Dress professional and sell yourself as the best car sales person as possible.

Tell me about a time when you attempted to sell something to someone, but you were not successful?
Open and honest application process. The hiring managers were transparant about the opportunity. From the first moment onwards their communication was good. There was a quick screening call and then the final in person interview.

I only did the first round but it seems like long hours with a lot of requirements. They were somewhat transparent about the amount of hours they want you to work

There wasd an initial oom interview to begin the interview process. The interview was very short with extensive open-ended questions. The interviewer seemed high energy and motivating when exchanging conversation.
