You apply online, then you wait for a response after you received a response you wait some more then you follow up, then you make an appointment for an interview.
First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.

very easy and straight forward. Mainly asks you about your driving record and previous work experience with customers and a high pace environment. Also, they make sure you are ok with driving all sized vehicles.
