The company only promotes from within, which I think is fantastic, so the interview process is quite thorough in that you will have at the minimum three interviews. This is because the company wants to make sure you are the right candidate for the position. Sales and customer service are what you should speak towards during the interview. In my case I had a total of three interviews.
The first interview was a scheduled phone interview in which I spoke mainly about my experience in customer service and sales, as well as answering situational questions,"How would you sell this product?", "How would you handle an irate customer?". Things of that nature.
After being informed that I did well on the phone interview I was scheduled for an in person interview with a Branch Manager and Area Manager at one of the Enterprise locations. The interview began with me describing myself so that my interviewers could get a sense of who I am and what kind of person I was, so be ready to talk about yourself. Most questions that were asked in this second interview were about the same as my phone interview in that they were situational questions about customer service and sales. Selling is a major part of this job so do your research about the company and learn what they sell.
At the end of my second interview I was asked if I had any concerns about working for the company, basically said I had no concerns and couldn't wait to start. I was immediately scheduled for a third interview with the Regional Manager for the following week. The questions were more or less the same questions I was asked in the previous two interviews. The last question I was asked was "what was my five year plan?". Be ready for this question, the company wants people who are motivated to move up the ladder not people who are just ok staying at the bottom.
After all that I was given a firm hand shake and congratulated on making it through the interview process and scheduled to come in to do some paper work the following week with an HR rep. The paperwork takes about two hours to complete and after all is said and done you start working the next day!

Everything was really cordial and loose until the final interview with management. HR forgot to notify me that I had moved on after the first round of interviews and I had to call them to follow up.

The first-round interview was great. It had a more casual, conversational feel to it than many other interviews I had in the past. The recruiter was clearly very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions regarding the nature of the work, pay structure, and what growth looks like within the company.

Applied Online. Recruiter reached out to schedule the zoom interview. Received an email saying how they prohibit the use of AI. Yet every question they asked me was scripted AI. I asked AI in advance what typical questions I should expect. Every question they asked was what I saw in AI. I detest behavioral questions as I'm just not the type to memorize answers and feed ppl with lame info. On 2 occasions, I was asked to clarify as I didn't give the precise answers they wanted. When it was my turn to ask questions, the recruiter completely flopped. Rambled and didn't come close to answering me. I did the same thing, where I said you didn't answer my question. What happened? Another incoherent word salad response. So you expect candidates to reel off perfect answers but you can't answer a simple question about your company....You can tell in the first 5 seconds this is a sweatshop. Very cold and uber structured process. So it sets a tone where they really don't get the best from you. They are very transparent, as they give you an offramp very quickly to say this isn't for me. But just like so many companies data mine candidates, we can do the same. It's like taking batting practice off a machine vs someone throwing 100 mph and then you get a changeup at 86. So I enjoy getting my AB's when I knew this place would never see my value

Ask AI what questions to expect. 100% of what they asked was there.
