Online application Phone interview In person interview with member of the HR team at one of the local branches, quite unprofessional from the start. Wasn’t exactly a gruelling interview, and one could tell the interviewer wasn’t very experienced in conducting interviews.

1st - Phone call was a basic conversation of where I study, where I heard about them etc. 2nd - Teams interview, was pretty basic. Standard interview questions like why you want to work for Enterprise etc. 3rd - Interview with area manager and branch visit. Sat with a graduate trainee employee for an hour and a half, just learning what they do. However was very busy so the employee was with customers a lot of the time however I did shadow them and speak with customers. Afterwards, was then another basic interview with the area manager, they spoke about work/life balance and how I would feel starting working at 7:45am and stay on for over time etc. After speaking with the staff member, they said it's a good place to work but they expect a lot from you in terms of overworking, long hours and not getting paid for it.
