1. Applied online after talking with them at career fair. Emailed next day to set up phone interview.
2. Phone interview was about 10 mins longs basic questions about resume and myself.
3. Second interview was face to face with recruiter. Really same questions as phone interview just more detailed.
4. Interview with branch manager n regional manager. Asked questions about resume, sales experience. Told I was going to get a call if I moved to next round or not. Never received call.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
