I went through 3 interviews to get the job. First with an HR representative, the Area Manager, and the Branch Manager. The interview process was nerve-racking at first, but the HR lady that interviewed me was very nice. They want you to feel comfortable during an interview and that's exactly what they were able to do. The interview with the HR representative is not that tough. Personally, the Area manager interview was the toughest. He was very serious, but I was able to get through to him! Overall, I got along with everybody that interviewed me. Great process once finished!

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
