Three in-person interviews. First one is with HR this interview is simple they go over their expectations. Second interview is a branch observation then interview with area manager and branch manager. The third interview is with the RVP if u make it to the third interview is basically got the job.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
