      The interview process was fairly relaxed - from what I recall there were four initial stages before a job was offered. The online application was straightforward, I then had a phone interview followed by a Skype interview where they asked a lot of the same questions but wanted you to elaborate. It is a good idea to plan some basic answers so you aren't scrambling for examples. Following the video interview they offered me a branch visit where you go and see what an average day at the branch looks like. In my case the branch manager was away and no one else seemed to know I would be coming. The staff members were lovely but I barely did anything but sit and chat to them and customers. I wasn't given a tour of the branch or any of the things the team seemed to expected me to have done when I got to the assessment centre. I got through to the assessment centre but because of the timing of my branch visit I was asked if I could make it to the assessment centre the following day. I agreed but in hindsight this was a mistake. I should have asked for more preparation time as I went in largely unprepared and bombed the three different tasks as a result. The three things I was asked to do were a sales role play, another in person interview and a team exercise where you had to convince your team that a fake charity which you represented was worth Enterprise representing. Overall, I felt the process was good experience but not necessarily a 'good' experience, if that makes sense. Make sure you give yourself enough preparation - especially if they are inviting you to the assessment centre.
