Entretien
Thorough process as I had four interviews starting with a phone interview. I was brought in to meet with the recruiter. We hit it off, she gave me lots of tips about what to expect day to day, what it's all about and answered all my questions. The next interview was in the branch, that was good because I got to meet the staff and then interview with the district manager. I got a call two days later inviting me to the final interview which I gladly accepted. That was the toughest interview with the regional vice president. I wanted the career opportunity but left my final interview unsure. Two days later I got a call with an offer and I gladly accepted.

Question 1
Most questions where asking for examples, I had to think when asked about a time I had been rejected or failed and what I did.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
