Phone interview- Just talking and getting a feel for one another
Personal Interview- Sitting with Branch Manager and Area Manager and being asked your normal questions and being told what to expect there
Big interview what the big wig- One on one asks harder to the core questions where you are put on the spot and need to impress him. Harder than it seemed but still just be confide and you will get it, postitive.

How can you sale when you have no sales experience?
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Entretien
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
