I applied through indeed.com. Within a couple of days (literally two days). I was contacted by a recruiter. He sent me some times and date when they would like to set up a phone interview for the next week. I picked three. Of course I get the last one which was on Friday the following week. This is just a pre qualifier. It was just a few questions like. "Do you have any traffic violations" "what is your customer service experience". Very Quick and efficient interview.about 15 minutes. They just want to see if you meet the bare qualifications.
The phone interview was about 1pm and I received an email asking me to come in for my second interview. That was around 8pm. I picked four dates and he then emails me back for the next week on Thursday. I went to the headquarters which was about a hour drive from where I lived. Wilton, CT Straight boondocks! The recruiter gave me a list of things he wanted me to number. Easy stuff. The recruiter was very enthusiastic very cool guy. He asked the SAME questions but a tad bit detailed from the phone interview. He then offered me another interview on the spot. He forwards me to the Area Manager.
The area manager calls me the next week for the 3rd interview and observation. My interview was at 3:30. I arrive at 3pm the Area Manager arrived at 4:00. It didn't matter to me. I was enjoying my observation. The room was filled with young vibrate college grads. They gave me tips on how to pass the interview. The manager finally gets to me and we start the interview. By coincidence the Area Manager and I lived on the same street.I thought that was a plus for me to get the job. He basically dissected my resume in DEEP detail from every word and every job. We spoke for about an hour. The interview wasn't really hard at all. More of a conversation. Pretty much the same interview as the one with the recruiter. They are really looking for people who are willing to make that SALE. No ands, if about it.
Finally, The interview is over. I wouldn't say it was a terrible interview it did not he seemed to like me. He told me that I would hear from them within two days for my next interview. If I don't then "they would pursue other candidates". Mind you my interview was on a Tuesday. I didn't hear from them until the following Tuesday so I assumed I didn't get the position. I got a n email from the recruiter saying I moved on to the 3rd and final interview. Which is this was the Following Friday.
That Thursday I received a Background and Reference check. The Fourth and Final Interview was with The Regional Manager and Tri-State Manager. My interview was at 9:00am. They come and get me from the front at 9:10 They were professional. They did not ask me any relevant questions about the position. I literally left the interview at 9:30. They told me they would talk to my recruiter and see if they wanted to move on.
About a week later I received and email stating they were going to pursue other candidates. After that email I received a email for a phone interview for the SAME position. I am a bit upset because I went through hell and high water to accommodate each interview This process has been drawn out. Overall it's a good company but four interview is a bit much!

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
