The hiring process is simple. First Phone Screen, In person interview with recruiter and then another interview with a branch manager and then an offer if you make it that far. I didn't make it to the branch part but no loss here. They are looking for a minimum 6 months of sales experience.

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
