Several-hour branch job shadowing and interview with Branch Manager and Regional Manager
Most of the questions were very basic, discussing your resume, previous experience, etc. The interview with the branch and regional managers' were more detailed situational questions...VERY SALES HEAVY

Tell me about a time you failed at completing your goal and what you did to resolve the issue
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
