Formal, very professional, need to dress in suit, be prepared to be asked a lot about customer service and management style. Looking for young out of college demographic, I am a bit older and trying to change careers and although I had the degree required I felt right from the beginning being my age was a factor

Good interview the lady was very nice and asked some basic questions first and once we connected and talked more she began testing my mind a little bit more. overall a great experience.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
