Pretty straight forward, a lot of interviews though. I had one phone interview followed by two in-person interviews with different hiring managers followed by an in-store interview with a branch manager. The interviews were pretty manageable behavioral questions.

They asked where else I was interviewing and it seemed like that too was an interview question.
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
