Entretien
I applied for this job online and received an email back within a few days to schedule a phone interview which was scheduled for the following week. They asked me basic questions such as a time I had to sell something and how I went about it. They also asked me a time I dealt with an unhappy customer and how I dealt with them. A week later I was contacted and learned that I made it to the next round of interviewing; getting a face to face interview at the regional branch which was scheduled but we have not met yet.

Question 1
When was a time you had to deal with an unhappy customer and how did you go about it?
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
