Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility en avr. 2012
Entretien
Applied online, and received a phone call within 48 hours for a short 1 on 1 phone interview, lasted approximately 10 minutes. Scheduled a 1 on 1 in person interview with the recruiter, lasted about 30 minutes. Both were very simple. Scheduled an observation time and interview with the area manager. Total time was approximately one hour, standard behavioral based interview questions. He actually had a piece of paper with ~8 questions on it. asked each one, and wrote down what i said. It was extremely cut and dry. apparently there would have been yet another interview, had I 'passed' this one. retrospectively, i'm happy i didn't get an offer. 50 hours a week, washing cars in a suit, and not the best pay...i'll find something else.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
