Entretien
Enterprise is looking for young, fresh out of college business/marketing majors, or out of work salesmen. They will hire you if you seem very eager to work for them and want to sell. They start with a phone interview, then you interview with HR at the closest regional office you will be working near, then an interview with the area manager you will be working for, and last an interview with the Regional Vice President of the area you'll be working in. If you make it to the last interview you have the job.

Describe a time you had to sell or upgrade a product.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
