After I was referred to the management in the area I was applying for, they called me a few days after I applied and set up a phone interview the next day. The lady asked me basic questions such as what would I do if I had to handle a difficult customer? The next interview was an hour away in Indianapolis with a recruiter who says she only sends through about 1 in 7 people. She asked me more behavioral questions like the phone interview but it was more in depth. Once I got sent on the the Area Manager, I got to see the branch in Bloomington and what they did. He asked me some of the same questions but was more specific about his questions. He said he sends on about half the people that make it to him. Once I got put through to the 4th and final interview (which was in Indy again), it was with the Group Rental Area Manager. This guy was cool like all of them were but he was tough. He asked questions that you couldnt prepare for. He still asked some behavioral questions but he would also ask something like, rank the importance of these four things from significance to insignificance: Money, Recognition, Opportunity, and Work/Life Balance. That kinda threw me off. He offers the position to less than half of the people that make it to the final interview but I believe he would have offered the position to me on the spot but I told him I was applying with other companies so he told me to call him and let him know when I figured things out and we would go from there (definitely a test). I took the weekend to think about it and then called him back that Monday expressing how much I wanted the position and how I would be a great fit for his team. He gave the position after that.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
