Entretien
I found the Enterprise Management Trainee position through a job search and ended up applying through the Enterprise website. I was contacted within the week and set up an interview appointment. Business attire is a must. Guys: tie and jacket. Girls: Jacket or blazer.
There was one interview, which was 1:1 and inside an office. The questions were mostly related to performance: your greatest accomplishment, your production level at school or work, etc. They paid close attention to my ability to sell. There was a stress on my level of aggressive selling. I was asked about my selling strategy on a scale of 1 (passive) to 10 (aggressive). They are looking for those closer to 10.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
