Applied online, three weeks later got a call to setup first phone interview. 1st one consisted of simple questions about myself and my driving record. The second interview consisted of behavioral questions (be sure to give specific examples). Finally, went in person for a third interview with the regional and branch manager. Interview consisted of more behavioral questions and an on-the-spot sales pitch of something I could relate to (sports).
Overall simple if your into sales or decent at it.

Why is Wayne Gretzky the best hockey player rather than someone else?
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
