J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility en déc. 2011
Entretien
I was contacted by a hiring manager to schedule an interview for the position. The interview was pleasant and the interviewer told me that the next step would be a 2nd interview, which they called me to schedule the same day. I went for the 2nd interview, and got a feel of what it is like to work there. After that the Regional Manager interviewed me which was also very basic and straight to the point. He told me that they would decide within a week about their decision. It has been more than 2 weeks now and they have not responded yet.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
