Entretien
I applied for the position in the beginning of December and received a call the following week. The call consisted of a phone interview which went well, then we scheduled a day to meet the following week. The interview with the HR rep went well, so he referred to a branch manager in the local area for a second interview. I met with the assistant manager first, then finally met with the branch manager. They keep you waiting in the lobby for 5-10 mins so you could get a feel for the day to day operations. The interview went well, so I was referred to meet with the area manager for the final interview the following week. That interview was pretty longer than the other two. Later during the day I received a call with a offer. I believe its a great opportunity and it's more than renting cars.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
