J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Springfield, OR) en sept. 2011
Entretien
I applied on Enterprise's website for the management trainee position. Within 5 days I was called by an HR Rep and had a phone interview. This interview went well and we set up a time for me to have a 1:1 interview for the following week. I live 2.5 hours away from their HQ and drove out there with no hesitation (which I thought would have counted for more than it apparently did). The interview with the HR Rep went very well and she set up an interview with an Area Mgr at the location where I would be working. I felt that interview went fairly well, but a couple days later I received an email letting me know I didn't meet their expectations. I was disappointed, but they probably could sense my hesitation over working so many hours for such little pay. I really like the company's structure and the fact that they're family owned and private; I would have liked to work for them, but it apparently just didn't work out.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.
