J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Union, NJ) en sept. 2011

      Entretien

I applied online through the website. I received an email from the recruiter about 2-3 weeks later. After a series of emails I set up a time for a phone interview. There was a lot of back and forth with this process and everything was last minute. The phone interview was basic questions about myself and some past sales experiences. After the phone interview I was invited in for a 1 one 1 with the recruiter. Interview went great and lasted about 1 1/2 hour. He asked more questions about my sales experience and career paths. He immediately scheduled me for the branch observation. The recruiter sent me a detailed email on how to prepare for the branch observation. Now here is the kicker. I was under the impression I would see how business is actually done and what a day in the branch would be like. I cleared my whole day for this. I arrived and was greeted by one of the three people I would possible be speaking with. I waited for 20 minutes in the customer area. At no point did I get to see ANY branch operations or procedures. I was finally taken into one of the offices and met with the Store manager and Regional manager. The Regional manager was very nice and personable. He answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of insight. The Store manager was not friendly or personable at all. I think it was Good Cop-Bad Cop. He did not ask me any questions and just stared at me the whole time. I knew after that...it was a no go. About 3 days later I received the generic, "Thank you but we are going with someone who fits our needs..." email. There loss, my gain...

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had to overcome adversity. What do you think is the most important part of sales? Why Enterprise?
