Entretien
Es gab zuerst ein Telefoninterview von 10 Minuten welches sehr durchgehetzt wurde. Am nächsten Tag gab es dann ein Zoom-Call wo so die typischen interviewfragen abgeklappert wurden. Es fühlte sich alles sehr überhastet an und Aussagen aus dem Telefonat wurden in dem Zoom-Call anders ausgelegt.

Es gab keine wichtigen Fragen meiner Meinung nach. Es wurden einfach banale Fragen gestellt wie "was motiviert Sie morgens aufzustehen?"

Entretien
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
