Great candidate experience! Met members of the talent and HR team. I believe additional rounds would have included non-HR business groups and some of the executive team. My interviewers were on-time and well prepared. Interviews were casual conversations. The people I met with seemed sharp, committed to success, and best of all...fun. Be ready to speak to your past experience in detail. I felt the questions I was asked were both relevant and thoughtful. Seems like a great place to work. Kudos to the HR and talent teams.

The initial outreach was by the Head of Talent, which I found refreshing as that doesn't often happen, even with start ups. I then met with the Head of Talent in person and it was a great two way conversation: sharing expectations, past experiences, vision and competencies. I was then asked to come onsite to meet some of the talent team. This was a well planned interview experience. Each person had a specific area to focus their questions so as to gain full knowledge of my expertise and to create a very positive candidate experience.
