First they send you a written test where you have to translate from English to your language and write a customer reply in your language and in English. Then thy invite you for a face to face interview and hey give you another similar test to check your language and communication skills.

Had a phone interview with HR and was selected for the next round. The call was to know my basics, like my availability, previous experience, and right to work, and the interview lasted for 10-15 minutes.

Interview was fairly short and mostly about finding the right location for me to work at. Interviewer was very pleasant and helpful. She sent me an email straight after the phone interview with other positions available so I could find one that better suited me.

Nice lady asked loads of sports questions and bragged about meeting lots of sports people. I had no idea who these people were. Said wow, amazing. Got a job offer.
