Entretien
I contacted their recruiter on LinkedIn. She emailed back and set up a phone interview. 3 people participated on their end, the HR manager, engineering dept manager, and a project manager. They do projects from 100's of manhours up to 15,000 manhours or so. Most of the work is midstream (pipelines) but they will take on other work. They use MS Project (or Primavera), but it didn't sound like they were obsessive about it. They use Cadworx. They did overseas work, but it isn't the bulk of their business.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The mechanical engineering manager asked me how you would calculate the stress on a bolt hole. I told him I would need to look it up in a book, for instance, Mark's handbook, and he seemed ok with that. He also asked a specific question about sizing two particular lines on a type of system I was not familiar with, and asked how I would go about finding the answer. I told him the best way would be to ask somebody who knows, and also look at the PFD.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enserca Engineering (Denver, CO) en sept. 2014
Entretien
There were 2 rounds of interviewing: a phone screen followed by onsite in-person interviews. The phone screen was a regular test of skills and background. That was followed by three in-person interviews at Enserca. These followed the same line of questioning that the phone screen had followed, until the final interview. I then heard back a day after the second round of interviews was complete.

Question 1
I had a series of 30-minute interviews of regular difficulty. The final interview didn't cover engineering at all but was more about my psychological outlook and approach to problem-solving. At each step of the solution, my proposal was rejected and I was asked to provide some other approach to the solution. This went on for maybe 15 minutes.
