I came across the job posting from my University's career site. After sending in my application I was contacted by the Corporate Recruiter. She was extremely helpful and accommodating in scheduling the interviews and guiding me through the entire interview process. After the initial phone screen I was asked to do a phone interview with the Team Lead/Manager. The conversation went well and I was asked to discuss my responsibilities in my current position and go over my resume. After that I was given more information about the company and the position. It was a very pleasant conversation and the manager was very easy going making the entire process a lot more fun. Following this I was invited for an on site interview where I got a chance to talk to and interview with four other team leads and managers in a 1:1 setting. All of them were very friendly and professional. I was asked some brain teasers, programming technical questions and some report writing. The next day I was offered the job and I accepted it as I had a great interview experience and had a wonderful time meeting the employees.

There is 2 interview, first one with Enova and once we selected then second interview with client, if we selected with client then HR will call you for finalize the offer.
